WKYC: Erman Ayday, assistant professor in the Department of Computer and Data Sciences at Case School of Engineering, said local governments often prepare for cyberattack, but no system is completely safe. “You’re only as strong as your weakest link,” Ayday explained. “There’s no such thing as 100 percent security, so these things may always happen, regardless of how much of an investment you make.”
