MorganFranklin Cyber, a Charlotte, NC-based cybersecurity consulting firm, has promoted Nick Stallone to head of strategy & planning and chief of staff and Ferdinand Hamada to head of sectors and chief revenue officer.

The two longtime leaders take on the newly created roles, which the firm says are designed to support strategic growth and its client-centric mission.

In his new role, Stallone will focus on enabling cross-functional alignment and strategic initiatives, as well as driving associated go-to-market strategies. He will act as a key facilitator for strategic initiatives across pillar and sector leads.

Stallone has 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting and financial services. He has been at MorganFranklin/Vaco Cyber Security Consulting since 2019, most recently serving as a managing director and leader of the GRC practice.

Before that, he was AVP for information security strategic planning and analytics at Synchrony Financial and AVP for expense management analytics at Citi. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at JPMorgan Chase.

Hamada will lead MorganFranklin’s go-to-market strategies, expand key account relationships, and support revenue growth. He will focus on coordinating strategy, deepening client engagements, and building scalable, revenue-generating practices.

Hamada has 20+ years of experience in IT, risk, and compliance. He has been at MorganFranklin since 2020, most recently serving as managing director and head of the life sciences industry practice.

He previously spent six years with Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he was VP for IT and chief information security officer. Before that, he spent nearly a decade with KPMG, where he was a director in the advisory services business.

“These leadership shifts are designed to help us move faster, further strengthen alignment across our services, and scale smarter,” said Keith Hollender, CEO of MorganFranklin Cyber. “Nick and Ferdinand are two of our most trusted leaders, and their new roles reflect the collaborative, mission-driven culture we’re always steadily building; one that enables our teams to grow alongside our clients.”

Private equity firm MC Partners earlier this year acquired MorganFranklin Cyber from Vaco, a Nashville-based HR and management consulting firm.

MorganFranklin has 130 employees listed on LinkedIn and offices in the US, Czechia, and India. The firm has practices in architecture and engineering, cyber and operational resilience, cyber strategy, identity and access management, and governance and compliance.
