MorganFranklin Cyber, a cybersecurity advisory firm, announced the promotion of two longtime leaders, Nick Stallone and Ferdinand Hamada, into newly created roles designed to support the firm’s strategic growth and client-centric mission.

Stallone has been named Head of Strategy & Planning and Chief of Staff, a new leadership role focused on enabling cross-functional alignment and spearheading strategic initiatives, and helping drive associated go-to-market strategies across the business.

Within this role, Stallone will serve as a key facilitator of organizational strategic initiatives across pillar and sector leads, supporting execution, amplifying team ideas, and helping sustain the operational heartbeat of the organization.

Hamada has been appointed Head of Sectors and Chief Revenue Officer, where he will prioritize and lead the firm’s go-to-market strategies, expand key account relationships, and support revenue growth across sector practices. His leadership will focus on coordinating strategic pursuits, deepening client engagement, and building scalable revenue-generating practices.

“These leadership shifts are designed to help us move faster, further strengthen alignment across our services, and scale smarter,” said Keith Hollender, CEO of MorganFranklin Cyber. “Nick and Ferdinand are two of our most trusted leaders, and their new roles reflect the collaborative, mission-driven culture we’re always steadily building; one that enables our teams to grow alongside our clients.”

The organizational updates come at a pivotal moment for MorganFranklin Cyber. As artificial intelligence reshapes how consulting firms operate and deliver value, the company is investing in leadership, infrastructure, and innovation to stay ahead of legacy players and meet clients’ changing needs with speed and agility. These new appointments are effective immediately.

“I’m honored to step into this role at such an important inflection point for the firm,” said Nick Stallone. “My focus will be on keeping us coordinated and mission-oriented, so that we can continue to deliver premier services and meaningful outcomes for our clients.”

“This is a moment for us to show up differently,” said Ferdinand Hamada. “That means being even more strategic, connected to our clients’ needs, and unified across our teams. I’m excited to help lead that charge.”

In May, MorganFranklin Cyber announced the appointment of Alison Andrews as managing director to lead the firm’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice. In this role, Andrews will expand and scale MorganFranklin’s AI capabilities, lead go-to-market strategy and delivery, and shape the firm’s broader vision around AI-powered transformation.
